Bugging is the term used to describe the folding in or folding over of leather processing, which ensures particularly soft edges and maximum wearing comfort. But the CANADIAN UP collar not only impresses with its simple elegance, meticulous workmanship and wonderfully supple feel, but also with the use of a very special cowhide leather. Only hides of southern German origin are used to produce the chrome-free premium leather with its strikingly supple feel. The finishing process also takes place in local tanneries, so that transport distances can be kept short for the sake of the environment. The leather, which is certified by the International Association of the Natural Textile Industry, is guaranteed to be ecologically and socially compatible, free of harmful substances and manufactured to a high standard of quality. Note: Our leathers are produced as gently as possible. With dyed leather, slight, fading discolouration may occur initially.
