Where is the cat furniture made?

All stylecats® products are made in Germany.

What advantages does a stylecats® customer account offer?

A customer account is non-binding and free of charge and offers you the following advantages:

- You do not have to enter your details again for future orders.
- You can access and change your data at any time.
- You can view your orders with the respective order status.

 

I forgot my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password at any time in the My Account area under Login .

 

How can I change my personal information?

Click on "My Account" and log in with your email address and password. You will then see an overview of your personal data.

 

Will my customer data be saved?

When you open a customer account, the data you provide will be B. Name, address, email address saved.

In this way you can log in with your email address and your password for future purchases and order without having to enter all the data again. You can revoke the storage of your data at any time by deleting your customer account in the member area. Sensitive data such as credit card data are not saved; these data are entered directly on a secure page, the institute responsible for the payment.

How can I pay?

With us you can shop comfortably and safely around the clock. In addition to prepayment (bank transfer), we also offer PayPal Plus (direct debit, credit card and invoice) as well as various payment options via the provider Klarna.

Payment in advance

When paying in advance, transfer the invoice amount to the account specified in the order confirmation after receiving the order confirmation, stating the order number.

PayPal

When paying by PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website after completing the order, where you can pay the invoice amount via your PayPal account. But even if you don't have a PayPal account, as a PayPal guest you can still pay in a few steps without registering by direct debit or credit card.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer you purchase on account and installment purchase as a payment option. Please note that Klarna invoice and Klarna installment purchase are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna. Klarna does not accept companies and packing stations as billing addresses. Klarna reserves the right to check your address data with various credit agencies. If your payment is declined at Klarna, this can be due to the following reasons:

Address and name cannot be determined or misspelled.
Technical abnormality / malfunction.

Klarna invoice

The payment period is 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice is issued when the goods are dispatched and sent either by email or together with the goods. The online shop charges a fee of 1.95 euros per order when purchasing on account with Klarna.

Klarna installment purchase

With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 euros).

Credit card

You can pay with Visa or Mastercard. You can also pay via PayPal with the credit card stored in your customer account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay as a PayPal guest in a few steps without registration by direct debit or credit card.

 

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the selected product (3 - 28 days) and can be viewed specifically in the respective product description.

 

 

Who do I contact if I have a complaint?

Please send us a description of your complaint stating your order / invoice number by email to info@stylecats.de or contact us by phone.

 

How can I return products?

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods (see cancellation policy). If you do not like a product, we offer you an uncomplicated return procedure. Please contact info@stylecats.de. We would like to point out that you have to bear the costs for the return, but we offer favorable conditions.
